- The Best Price Guarantee is only valid for competitors within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). All (online) stores outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg are excluded. However, it must always be specified as a condition that the shipment can be delivered to the Netherlands.
- To qualify, the product at the competitor must have the exact same size, color, and model number as ours.
- The clothing or accessory must be in new condition and available from stock in the original sealed factory packaging at the alternative provider.
- The item must be sold by the alternative provider themselves and not by an external seller or via a platform (such as Bol.com).
- The item must be clearly priced in the store or on the webshop of the alternative provider.
- The product must be offered under the same conditions.
- Special discount promotions such as “VAT off” are not covered by the guarantee.
- The delivery conditions of the product must be identical to ours.
