Have you found the triathlon gear, cycling clothing, running clothing, or swimwear that meets your needs to make your races, training sessions, and sporting activities even more challenging and comfortable? Then you can easily and safely add the desired products to your shopping cart with just a few clicks and place your order.

Ordering at Triathlongear24 is simple, fast, and secure. This way, you can quickly enjoy your new clothing and gear. Once you’ve found the desired products, you can add them to your shopping cart by clicking the order button. A small pop-up will appear where you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Have you found all the products you want? Then you can click the button to go to the shopping cart.

Step 1: Shopping cart overview
Once you’ve clicked on the “go to shopping cart” button, you will enter the cart overview. Here, you will see a summary of all the products you’ve selected. Want to add something to your order? You can still go back and add the desired product to your cart.

If you want to order multiple quantities of a product, that’s possible too. You can indicate the desired quantity in the amount field. If you’ve accidentally added one or two too many of a particular product, you can easily reduce the quantity in that same overview.

Please note: increasing to the desired quantity is only possible if there is sufficient stock of the respective product. If you want to order several of the same product, you can also contact us.

Step 2: Enter your details
Found all the products you want to order? By clicking the button “Proceed to checkout,” you’ll be taken to the screen where you can enter all your details.

Already have an account? You can log in here to make checkout easier. Don’t have an account? Then you’ll need to fill in all the fields correctly to ensure a quick and smooth order process. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

To place your order, you need to go through the fields for your personal information, billing address, delivery options, and payment method.

Filled in all the information? Then you can click the checkout button to proceed to the payment screen. Here, you can select your preferred bank or another option depending on the payment method you chose. Then you can complete your payment.

Check your order — did you forget anything?

Before placing your order, double-check that you’ve added all desired products to your cart. If you forgot something, you can still add it to your cart.

After placing your order, you will always receive an order confirmation for the ordered products at the email address you provided.

Are you looking for a specific product? Then you can use our convenient search function. You can find the search function at the top of every page.

By typing your search query into the search field and then clicking the magnifying glass, you will start a search.

For orders of products weighing under 30kg, you will receive an email when your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Choose your preferred delivery method (or pick up your order)

To receive your products quickly, you can choose from the following delivery methods:

• Home delivery
• Pick up at our location in Volkel (Netherlands)

If you would like your order to be delivered, you can indicate this in the shopping cart.

Here you can indicate which payment method you would like to use for your order. At Triathlongear24 it is possible to pay with iDeal, Mastercard / VISA (up to a maximum of €10,000), ApplePay, and by bank transfer.

For our Belgian customers, it is also possible to pay with Bancontact, KBC, and Belfius if your billing address is in Belgium.

For our German customers, it is also possible to pay via Sofort banking and GiroPay if your billing address is in Germany.

After you have completed all the steps and placed your order, you will always automatically receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam box. If the order confirmation is not there either, check whether you entered your email address correctly. As soon as your order is shipped, you will also automatically receive a tracking code by email so you can track the package.

Your billing address

To deliver the products you ordered as quickly as possible, it is important that your billing address is entered correctly. If you later discover an error in your address, please notify our customer service as soon as possible.

If you have ordered from us before and created an account, you can log in to your account to place your next order even faster. Your previously entered details will then be automatically filled in by our system.

If you do not have an account yet, you can also create an account. Fill in the fields completely and correctly with the corresponding information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for proper registration and processing.

If you would like to send your orders to a different address, it is also possible to choose: Ship to a different address.

It is possible to place a telephone order with us. To ensure your order goes as smoothly as possible, it is best to write down in advance the products you would like along with the desired quantities. One of our triathlon specialists can then place the order for you.

Once your order has been placed by our triathlon specialist, you will receive an order confirmation containing the payment details. As soon as your order has been paid, we will ship it immediately.

Please note that it may take longer for you to receive your order. If you pay via bank transfer, it may take several business days before we receive your payment. If you would like to receive your order within 1 or 2 working days, it is best to place your order through the webshop.

No, it is not necessary to create an account with us.

During checkout, you have two options:

  • Order without an account
  • Order with an account

If you have previously created an account or placed an order before, you can log in with your account. Our system will then automatically fill in the relevant fields such as your personal details.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can still make changes to it. If you would like to add something or exchange an item (for example, a size), it is best to contact us directly.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you can still cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service by phone as soon as possible to inform them of your cancellation.

If you have already paid for your order, the amount will generally be refunded within 2 working days and no later than within the statutory period of 14 days to your bank account.

We believe it is important that you can shop safely online with us. That’s why we’re happy to share some tips to make online shopping even safer:

  • It is better to use a unique password for each login. Never use the same password everywhere. Also, make sure your passwords do not contain personal information, such as house numbers, postal codes, city of residence, date of birth, etc.
  • Always keep your account information private. Do not share it with others.
  • Triathlongear24 will never ask you to share your password with us.
  • Our emails always end in @triathlon24.nl and @sandenshop.com. This way you know you are communicating with a Triathlongear24 employee.
  • If you receive an email but are unsure about the sender's authenticity, you may forward it to our customer service at [email protected]. We will review it as soon as possible and assist you further. If you are unsure about the authenticity, we recommend not clicking on any links in the email.
