Product and company reviews are valuable for making the right decision. That's why we only collect real reviews from our customers who have actually bought something from us. After all, who can better tell you how they experienced us than you, our own customers? 

We strive to give you the best possible service and advice. Your review is an important part of that. By writing a review, you not only help us improve our service and business but also help all visitors make an informed decision. 

The reliability of our reviews is important to us. Therefore, it is only possible to write a review if you have actually bought something from us. 

To help you in the best way possible we show customer reviews at our products, this way you can make an informed decision.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to write a review about your purchased product(s) at our company. These reviews are intended to let other visitors and customers know how you experienced the product(s) and/or our company.
After you have purchased from us you will receive an email from us kindly asking you to leave a review. It is not mandatory to leave a review, but we always appreciate it.

After purchasing from us, you will automatically receive an email from us, 5 days after your purchase, asking you to let us know how you experienced everything.

Through that email, you can let us know how good (or bad) your experience was. You also have the opportunity to write a text, and if you wish, give your review a title.

The stars next to a product indicate the average score given by all customers who reviewed that product. No complex calculations are used and all reviews count equally. All grades given to a product are added together and divided by the total number of reviews obtained. This results in an average score. The stars are rounded off to the nearest half-star.
All reviews (whether positive or negative) are first read by a Triathlongear24 employee. It may happen that a review is placed almost immediately, but it can also happen that the review will be visible after a couple business days. 

For the products, the reviews are shown from the most recent to less recent. Adjusting / filtering these reviews is not possible.

If you are reading reviews on Trustpilot, then it is possible to filter the reviews by score and by language. By default, the reviews on Trustpilot are from the most recent to less recent.

It's unfortunate if we receive a negative review, because that means that we somehow could not help you as expected. Negative reviews are handled by us in the same way as positive reviews.

In case of a negative review, we will always contact you. This can be by phone or email. Together, we will look at how we can solve the problem.

Yes every customer who has made a purchase from us receives an invitation from us to write a review. You will receive one reminder from us in case you may have missed the first email.
For a product review request, we use our own internal review system. And for writing a review related to the company, we use Trustpilot.
Yes that is possible, we may also redirect customers to our Google My Business page to leave a review there.
Yes, it is possible to leave a negative review about a product or us. We hope you will contact us first because we would like to help you further with your problem or complaint so we can resolve it for you. In addition, we can also serve you faster if you contact us first.

We find it important that only real customer reviews are shown. Therefore we only send review requests to people who have actually bought something from us.

Specific reviews may be rejected if they do not meet the conditions, namely:

  • There is contact information in the review. This includes information such as phone numbers, addresses, websites, and email addresses.
  • References to websites or parts of websites and/or YouTube channels.
  • Commercial promotions, discounts, campaigns or other price differences.
  • If there is offensive or inappropriate language used, such as swear words, racist slurs, diseases or slurs.
  • The feed language of the review is not written in one of the following languages: Dutch, English or German.
  • If the review contains opinions or statements that do not relate to the purchased product.
  • There are photos uploaded that are not relevant to the product in question.
We will not and cannot simply remove reviews. This only happens in very specific and exceptional situations. For example, if you as a customer no longer want your name visible on our website, then we can remove the review for you.
We do not keep track of which reviews are deleted. If a review is deleted is permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

You will only receive a review invitation from us (via Trustpilot) if you have made a purchase from us. This is done automatically via the Trustpilot review system. Because these reviews are sent via a so-called 'closed system', these reviews are also given the 'verified' label. This way you know that these reviews are from real customers.
