Free delivery from €50
Spend €50 or more and you pay no delivery costs, unless stated otherwise on a product. That applies right across the range: from a set of swimming goggles to a complete trisuit or wetsuit.
You choose how you receive your order. We deliver to your home or your workplace, right across the Netherlands and Belgium, with partners such as DHL, GLS and FedEx. Live nearby, or heading through the area anyway? Then collect your order free of charge from our shop in Volkel, and we will let you know the moment everything is ready.

Order by 17:00, delivered fast
Order on a working day before 17:00 and, if your product is in stock, your order goes out as quickly as possible and normally reaches you within 1 to 2 working days. Order after 17:00 on a Friday or over the weekend and we process your order on Monday. If a public holiday falls in between, it follows on the next working day.
Do bear in mind the processing time of your payment. If you pay at 16:55 with iDEAL, bank processing can mean your order only reaches us just after 17:00, so it goes out a working day later.

Prefer to see and try things first? At our shop in Volkel, the largest range in the Benelux is ready across 1,500 m² for you to try on and compare. And at our own wetsuit test days you will feel in the water which wetsuit really suits you before you buy.

The statutory warranty applies to all our products. Minor faults such as a loose seam, a small hole or a damaged wetsuit we will often simply repair ourselves. If a specialist repair is needed, we will bring in the supplier. And even outside the warranty period, we will do our best to help.

From what amount do you deliver for free?
We deliver orders from €50 free of charge, unless stated otherwise on a product. Below that amount, you will see the delivery costs in your basket before you check out.
By what time do I need to order for fast delivery?
Order on a working day before 17:00 and, if your product is in stock, your order goes out as quickly as possible and normally reaches you within 1 to 2 working days. Order after 17:00 on a Friday or over the weekend and we process your order on Monday. Do bear in mind the processing time of your payment: a payment made at 16:55 may only reach us just after 17:00.
Can I also collect my order in Volkel?
Absolutely. You order and pay online and we send you a message as soon as your order is ready to collect from our shop at Brabantstraat 16, 5408 PS, Volkel. Do check the current opening hours of our triathlon shop in Volkel beforehand.
Do you deliver to Belgium and the rest of Europe too?
Yes, we deliver to your home or your workplace right across the Netherlands and Belgium, and shipping to the rest of Europe is possible too. You will see the delivery costs for abroad in your basket before you check out.
How long do I have to change my mind?

How much warranty is there on my products?

Do you repair wetsuits too?
Yes. Minor damage to a wetsuit, for example from a fingernail, we can often repair for you quickly and on the spot. If a tear goes right through the material, we refer it to our supplier to see whether a repair is still possible. Live nearby? Then feel free to pop into our shop in Volkel.
