Returns and Exchanges

Despite the high-quality products we offer, it may sometimes happen that the ordered product does not fully meet your expectations. You can then return the desired products or exchange them for a replacement product. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution so you can keep exercising.

When you, as a consumer, have ordered via our webshop, you have a reflection period of 60 days from the day you received your order. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 60 days without giving any reason. After the 60-day reflection period has expired, you become the definitive owner of the ordered products.

If you want to return a product or your order, please ensure that these products are unused, undamaged, and if sealed, still sealed.

Depending on the type of products, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Follow the steps mentioned on the packing slip, including: Indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange a certain product or receive a refund. In case of an exchange, please specify on the packing slip which product you wish to receive. In the shipping box, you will find a return address label that you can stick on the shipping box. Note that the return shipment must still be sufficiently stamped.
  2. If you want to officially notify us, you may inform us via an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by email, or by post) that you wish to withdraw from your agreement. 
  3. To notify your withdrawal, you can use our withdrawal form or the European model withdrawal form. You are not obliged to use any of these forms. An email or indication on the packing slip is also sufficient. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires. You can use one of the above forms for your withdrawal. You may print the form and add it to your order or fill it out digitally and email it.
  4. Have you gathered all the products you want to return? Then make sure they are well packaged (preferably in the original packaging). If you no longer have the shipping box or it is damaged, you can also use another clean box.
  5. Returns can be sent to the following address: Triathlongear24, Brabantstraat 16, 5408 PS, Volkel, Netherlands. You can use the address label provided with your order. This way, you do not need to print your own return address label. Please note that you still need to have the package sufficiently stamped at the post office. Return costs are at your own expense. Therefore, always keep the proof of shipment and ensure the products are packaged carefully so they cannot shift or break.

Do not send packages to us COD; we do not accept those.

As a consumer, you always have a reflection period of 60 days with us. The reflection period starts on the day you receive your order. During this period, you may inspect and assess the products (but not use them). If you wish to return certain products or your entire order within the 60-day viewing period, this is possible. A return must be reported to us no later than the 60th day after receipt. A return can be notified by filling in the withdrawal form or sending an email. If you report your return on the 60th day after receipt, you then have up to 7 days from that 60th day to send the return package back; after this time, you become the definitive owner of your order.

Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If you want to return your entire order or a part of it, the return costs are at your own expense.

For the most up-to-date rates, we recommend always checking the website of the respective shipping company. Small products can often be returned via a postal agency such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, or DPD.

A label for your package (less than 23 kg) can be purchased online at PostNL or at one of the PostNL service points. There is often a PostNL service point near you. You can also return your package via another postal agency such as DHL, UPS, or DPD.

If you live near or are close to our store, you can also bring your return to our warehouse in Volkel, Netherlands. For a quick and smooth process, we ask you to bring a copy of your invoice. If you want to exchange the products to be returned for something else, it is best to place a new order. If it concerns only a return, we will refund the appropriate amount in the same way as it was paid.

Have you dropped off your return package at a postal agency? Always ask for a tracking code. Through the tracking website, you can see if your package has been delivered to us. Once your package has arrived and been processed by us, you will always receive a notification from us.

If the return is delayed and has not yet been delivered to our warehouse by the postal agency, it is best to contact the relevant party. As the sender, you have all the information the postal agency needs.

To send a return to us, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Within the 60-day reflection period
  • The products must be unused and undamaged.
  • Please return the products with the original packaging, as much as possible.

If the return does not meet the above conditions, it may happen that we are forced to charge a depreciation fee.

The depreciation of the product can arise from:

  • Not returned in the original packaging (or heavily damaged packaging).
  • The product itself is damaged.
  • The product is returned incomplete.
  • The product has been used at home (trying out is allowed, using is not).

The best and easiest way is to put your return in the same box or shipping bag that your order came in. Has the shipping box or bag been damaged? Or have you already discarded it with the recycling or in the plastic bag? Then you can use another clean box. Make sure the products to be returned are well packaged so they cannot shift or break. If necessary, you can fill the box with extra packing material yourself. With every order, we send a return address label. This way, you do not need to print a label yourself. Just stick it on the sealed box and make sure it is sufficiently stamped at the nearest post office.

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if they can affect health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Food products that can spoil within the reflection period or whose seal has been broken cannot unfortunately be returned.

As soon as your return is received by us, it is usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. If your return meets our return conditions, we will complete the return and refund the appropriate amount to you.

Would you like to return the ordered product and exchange it for something else? That is possible. You can indicate on the packing slip which product you would like instead. Or contact our customer service so they can assist you further.

If the product is more expensive than the current product, the difference must be paid first. Once paid, we will send the desired product immediately. If the product to be exchanged is cheaper, we will refund the difference within a few working days and send the desired product as soon as your return has been received by us.

Although we pack our packages with great care, something can occasionally go wrong. If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Indicate which product you received and which product you should have received. This way we can help you faster and send the correct product. Of course, you can return the wrongly delivered product to us free of charge.

The easiest way is to use the provided address label for this. Please note that you still need to have the package sufficiently stamped at the post office.

Do you live or are you located abroad? You can also send your return to us then. A return shipment from abroad to us works the same way as a domestic shipment. Always ask the postal agency for a tracking code.

As long as you have not sent anything back to us yet, you can simply keep the desired products. If your package is already in the shipping process, unfortunately, you can no longer retrieve it.

If you, as a private consumer (not applicable to business customers), have placed an order with us by telephone or via our website, but have not yet received the relevant product or service, you may cancel the agreement at any time. You can do so by sending an email to: [email protected], after which we will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

If you, as a private consumer (not applicable to business customers), have placed an order with us by telephone or via our website, you have a cooling-off period of 60 days after receiving your order. During these 60 days after receipt of the item, or after concluding an agreement relating to the provision of a service, you may cancel the agreement without stating reasons.

You must return the product to us, with sufficient postage paid. The parcel must be properly packaged and must include proof of purchase.
We would appreciate it if you would indicate the reason for the return shipment; however, this is entirely voluntary and not required.

You may only do what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. This means keeping the packaging as close to its original condition as possible and ensuring the product remains undamaged. If the product has been damaged, we may charge costs for the reduction in value.

We will refund the full purchase amount and the outbound shipping costs you paid (if charged by us) as soon as possible, but within the statutory period of 14 days after cancellation, by crediting you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You are only obliged to pay any costs for an installation/assembly service up to the moment of cancellation

We recommend that you use our return procedure, but you may also use the European withdrawal form.
