Payment and Financial Matters

This is the most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. In the shopping cart, you can select that you would like to pay with iDeal. If you bank with one of the following institutions, you can pay with iDeal: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

To pay with iDeal, follow these steps:

1. Select the iDeal payment method in the shopping cart.
2. Then click Checkout at the bottom right.
3. You will then proceed to the next step where you can choose your bank. Once you have selected the correct bank, click on Go to payment screen. You will then be redirected to your bank’s payment screen.
4. The payment confirmation of your order will be displayed at the bottom of your order confirmation.
5. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking code by email to track your package.

With a credit card, you can make your purchases safely, quickly, and easily, and pay later. A credit card payment is possible up to an amount of €10,000. To pay with your credit card, select the desired card in the shopping cart and follow the steps below:

1. Select Credit Card / Mastercard / VISA in the shopping cart.
2. Then click Checkout at the bottom right.
3. After clicking on Checkout, you can choose in the screen which card you want to use, Credit Card or VISA.
4. Once you have selected the correct card and clicked Checkout, you will be redirected to the payment environment.
5. The payment confirmation of your order is shown at the bottom of your order confirmation.
6. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your package.

With a bank transfer, you can easily transfer money from one bank account to another. To pay by bank transfer, follow the steps below:

1. Select Bank Transfer in the shopping cart.
2. Then click Checkout on the right.
3. Once you have completed the order steps, you will receive an email from us containing the invoice and the transfer details.
4. Once your order is paid, we will ship your products immediately.
5. As soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your package.

In our store in Volkel, you can also pay for all your purchases by card. Safe and convenient.

If you would like to view your desired products in the store and pay in cash, that is also possible.

Bancontact is the payment method for Belgian customers. With this method, you can easily and securely pay for your orders via your own trusted banking environment. Your payment is completed using a card number and expiration date.

Would you like to pay for your order with Bancontact? Then follow the steps below:

1. In the shopping cart, select the payment method “Bancontact”.
2. Then click on Checkout. You will then be redirected to the Bancontact payment environment.
3. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the Triathlongear24 webshop where you will see the payment confirmation.
4. The payment confirmation for your order is shown at the bottom of your order confirmation.
5. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive your tracking code by email so you can follow your package.

If you are a customer of one of the following banks, you can use Bancontact:
ABK Bank, Argenta, AXA Bank, Bank J. Van Breda, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, bpost bank, CBC Banque, CPH Banque, Crelan, Deutsche Bank, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING Belgium, KBC Bank, Keytrade Bank, Nagelmackers, and VDK Spaarbank.

Sofort banking is a TÜV-certified payment method that allows you to pay safely and easily without the need to create extra accounts.

Would you like to pay with Sofort? Then follow the steps below:

1. In the shopping cart, select the payment method “Sofort banking”.
2. Then click on Checkout. You will then be redirected to the Bancontact payment environment.
3. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the Triathlongear24 webshop where you will see the payment confirmation.
4. The payment confirmation for your order is shown at the bottom of your order confirmation.
5. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive your tracking code by email so you can follow your package.

PayPal is one of the more well-known payment methods, allowing you to transfer money quickly and securely (including internationally). In addition to being a convenient payment method, PayPal also offers extra protection through PayPal Purchase Protection. When paying with PayPal, you do not need a credit card or bank account details.

Would you like to complete your order with PayPal? Then follow the steps below:

1. Select the PayPal payment method in the shopping cart.
2. Then click on Checkout.
3. Once you have clicked on Checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment environment.
4. Once you have completed the payment in the PayPal payment environment, you will be redirected back to the Triathlongear24 webshop where you will see the confirmation of your order.
5. The payment confirmation for your order is shown at the bottom of your order confirmation.
6. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code by email to track your package.

Anyone using an Apple product with ApplePay can use this payment method. The advantage of ApplePay is that you don’t need to enter any payment or card details. You can pay quickly, safely, and easily using your Face ID or Touch ID.

You can complete your order with ApplePay by following the steps below.

1. Select the ApplePay payment method in your shopping cart
2. Then click on Checkout
3. You will then enter the screen where you can complete your payment.
4. If the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the Triathlongear24 webshop where you will see the confirmation of your order.
5. The payment confirmation of your order is shown at the bottom of your order confirmation.
6. And once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your package.

KBC, just like Bancontact and Belfius, is a widely used payment method among Belgian customers. With KBC, you can make payments safely and easily from your own trusted banking environment.

To pay with KBC, follow the steps below:

1. Select the KBC payment method in your shopping cart
2. Then click on Checkout
3. After clicking on Checkout, you will be redirected to the secure banking environment of KBC.
4. Next, choose how you want to pay with KBC.
5. After completing your payment with KBC, you will be redirected back to our webshop where you can see the confirmation of your order.
6. The payment confirmation of your order is shown at the bottom of your order confirmation.
7. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking code in your mailbox.

In some cases, it is possible to order cash on delivery. In this case, you pay the order amount to the delivery person when your package is delivered.

Please note that there are additional charges of €9.95 when ordering with cash on delivery.

Did you receive a voucher or discount code? And would you like to redeem it? First, add your desired products to the shopping cart. After adding the desired products to the shopping cart, you can enter your discount code. In the shopping cart, there is a box called Discount Code. Enter your discount code here and then click on Activate. The discount will then be deducted from your total amount.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as soon as possible. Have you returned your entire order? Then you will receive the paid amount plus the shipping costs back to your account.

Have you returned part of your order? Then we will refund the amount of the returned products excluding the shipping costs. Once your return has been received by us, we usually process it within 1 to 3 working days and you will receive an email from us.

If you have indicated that you would like to receive your payment back, you can expect the amount to be refunded within a few working days. At the latest within the legal period of 14 days, although we usually finalize it sooner.

Products for which the official seal has been broken cannot be returned. If the issue concerns an error by Triathlongear24 or one of our suppliers, we will gladly look into a solution together.

All prices on Triathlongear24 include 21% VAT, or 9% for food products, and exclude shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated.
