Your Account

If you have an account, you can more easily place an order, manage your details, and view your order history in the future. Haven't created a personal account yet? Create an account quickly.

In your personal account, you can manage your personal details. This includes your name and address details as well as your email address, phone number, and company information (if applicable).

How can I update my personal details?

Once logged in, click on My Details in the menu. Here you can manage and update all your personal information. Have you moved? Has your phone number or email address changed? You can easily update that here. Once you have entered the correct information, click “Save.”

Do you order regularly or for business purposes? Then you can find all your previous orders under order history.

Have you previously created an account and forgotten or lost your password? No worries, you can reset your password by requesting a new one via the "forgot password" option.

To reset the password, you only need to enter your email address and click "Send." Haven't received an email to reset your password? It may have accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

Tips for a secure password

If you want to create an account, it is important to use a strong password. This keeps unwanted users out of your account. You can use the tips below to create a strong password:

• Think of a passphrase, which is often easier to remember than a complex password.
• The more characters, the better. It is recommended to use a password with at least 12 characters.
• Use numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters (#, %, &, $, !, % etc.) in your password.
• Use a unique password for each website.
• Change your password several times a year.
