Recommended use: Chew up to a maximum of 10 tablets before and/or during physical exertion.
Short/quick exercise (1-1½ hours)
- 1 hour before : 2x tablet
- ½ hour before : 2x tablet
- 10 min before : 2x tablet
- During : 2x tablet
Prolonged exercise (2-5 hours)
Take 1-3 tablets (maximum 10) during exercise, for example one tablet every half hour. The longer the effort, the later you can start taking the BORN BORN BLOCKS. In other words: postpone use until your concentration decreases and you can really use a boost.
When to use? Before and during physical or mental exertion.
Packaging: Box of 4 strips à 4 tablets (4 grams per tablet).
Ingredients: dextrose, sucrose, xylitol, magnesium citrate (4.9%), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, caffeine (1.1%), (acidity regulator) citric acid, flavouring.
