Description
The Maurten drink mix 320 CAF 100 14 x 83 grams with water is the combination of caffeine, carbohydrates and hydration.
Levels that can make a difference and all at the same time.
Because Maurten uses hydrogel technology, they have even managed to control the bitterness of caffeine, without adding colours, acids or flavourings.
Amount of energy
Studies show that the body can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One bag of this drink mix (mixed with water) contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.
How does it work?
If you mix the drink mix with water you get a “hydrogel” sports drink with a high concentration of caffeine and carbohydrates. The drink is immediately converted into hydrogel in the acidity of your stomach. The hydrogel ensures that the water, salt and carbohydrates easily pass from the stomach to the intestines and are properly absorbed.
Instructions
Mix the contents of a sachet with 500ml of water and mix until completely dissolved (30 to 60 seconds). The drink mix is designed to be mixed with water containing less than 100 mg/L calcium. Consume the mix within 24 hours.
