Description
Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a hydrogel-based energy mix for prolonged, high-intensity exercise. The white, odourless powder is mixed with water and, once prepared, forms a clear, ready-to-use energy gel. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose provides rapidly available carbohydrates to replenish and maintain energy levels during strenuous endurance exercise.
Slowly mix one 125-gram sachet with 200 ml of water containing less than 80 mg of calcium per litre. Shake well until the powder has completely dissolved, then leave the mixture to stand for five minutes. Each pack contains six individual portions.
