With Powerbar Electrolyte tabs 12 x 10 tablets raspberry pomegranate you can mix a low-calorie sports drink that provides the body with the 5 most important electrolytes in the proportion that they are lost through sweat.
Many people who exercise want a sports drink that does not contain extra carbohydrates.
This may be to optimize their fat metabolism or to reduce their overall calorie intake.
Many of them drink water, but when you exercise you sweat, that sweat contains water plus electrolytes, which have many vital functions in the body.
It is ideal when you want to train your basic endurance and when you are training and want to stay hydrated without carbohydrates or calories.

Properties:
- 5 electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium) in the ratio lost through sweat
- Without sugar, zero calories
- Natural flavors with a refreshing and fruity taste
- No aspartame or preservatives
- 10 tabs make up to 7.5 liters of sports drink
- Easily soluble in water
Recommended use:
Mixing instruction: dissolve 1 tab in 500 to 750 ml of water according to taste preference.
Drink approximately 200 - 300 ml in the hour before exercise.
Drink 150 - 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise.
1-4 tablets (for flavors without caffeine) and 1-2 tablets (for flavors with caffeine) per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of the reach of young children.
Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
