Easily absorbable thanks to the isotonic composition. Contains the 5 electrolytes that you lose during perspiration: sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Contains 29g carbohydrates per serving (33g/500ml water).

Ingredients:
Dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, minerals (sodium citrates, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonates), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavors, beetroot juice. May contain traces of soy beans and milk.
Recommended use:
Mix 33 grams (approximately 3 level tablespoons) with 500 ml of water. Consume 200-300 ml before exercise and consume 150-200 ml every 15 minutes during intense physical exertion. This dietary supplement cannot be seen as a substitute for a varied diet.
