The Saltstick Fastchews jar lemon 60 pieces are chewable tablets designed to supply your body with electrolytes and thus reduce muscle cramps and heat stress.
These tablets are recommended for athletes, outdoor workers or for use in warm conditions.
Two SaltStick Fastchews in an hour equals 100 mg sodium, 30 mg potassium, 10 mg magnesium and 6 mg calcium per hour, which is the ideal ratio to keep you moving.
The jar consists of 60 tablets made only from natural flavourings, purely vegetarian and free from performance enhancers, artificial sweeteners and colours, as well as gluten and GMO ingredients.

During heavy sweating, your body loses a lot of salt and mineral salts (electrolytes). This affects performance, the functionality of your muscles and muscle recovery. The high salt and mineral salt content of the chewable tablets helps to keep your salt and electrolyte levels in balance.
Recommended use
As a general guideline, athletes should use 1 or 2 chewable tablets every 15-30 minutes during prolonged and intense physical exertion, up to a maximum of 50 tablets per day.
