The fabric incorporates Nanoflex technology. Nanoflex is not a treatment to make the material water-repellent, but the magic is in the material itself. The technology and material are similar to a peach. When you take a peach out of the water, it feels dry. The peach fuzz—the tiny hairs—causes the water to bead up and roll off the peach. The fabric itself is not waterproof, but it does regulate moisture well. It keeps you dry while cycling in the rain. These unique properties make the clothing breathable while still being water-repellent.
