The Castelli Perfetto Air Vest is designed for cyclists who want extra warmth without compromising on breathability. It is the warmest vest in the collection, but thanks to the advanced Ristretto Lite fabric technology, it remains suitable for a wide range of temperatures. The fabric is largely windproof and allows only a minimal amount of air to pass through, efficiently wicking away moisture. The result: you stay drier inside, allowing you to ride warm and comfortable with less bulk.
The front of the vest is made from medium-weight Ristretto fabric that provides warmth and protection from the cold, while the back is made from a stretch woven fabric for extra breathability and freedom of movement. This makes the vest versatile, from crisp autumn rides to cold winter days.
For optimal comfort, the YKK® Vislon® zipper is equipped with a double opening, so you can easily adjust the ventilation during your ride. The high collar keeps your neck protected, often eliminating the need for an extra neck warmer. In addition, the vest has three spacious back pockets with security flaps, so you can safely carry all your essentials. Reflective details on the back ensure that you are clearly visible even in the dark.
Castelli developed this unique fabric in collaboration with fabric innovator ITTTAI®, combining stretch, breathability, and water-repellent protection thanks to high-quality membranes and lamination. This makes the vest not only a technical masterpiece, but also a sustainable choice thanks to its PFAS-free DWR treatment.
