It is Castelli's warmest vest to date, but thanks to the innovative Ristretto Lite fabric technology, it remains suitable for a wide range of temperatures. The fabric offers a perfect balance between wind protection and air permeability: sufficient protection from the cold, while allowing a minimal amount of air to circulate to wick away excess moisture. This keeps you drier on the inside, ensuring you stay warm without the vest feeling heavy or stuffy.
The front is made of medium-weight Ristretto fabric for warmth and protection, while the back is made of a stretch woven material that offers extra breathability. The PFAS-free DWR treatment ensures that light rain and splashing water don't stand a chance. The YKK® Vislon® double-opening zipper makes it easy to adjust your ventilation while riding, while the three flat rear pockets provide ample space for your essentials.
Castelli collaborated with the fabric specialists at ITTTAI®, renowned for their expertise in membranes and lamination.
