Delivery and Shipping Times
We strive to deliver the products you ordered as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. If you placed your order after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. In case of public holidays or other non-working days, it will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day (if in stock). If you placed an order after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. In case of a public holiday or another day off, packages will be shipped on the next working day.
Please take into account the processing time of your payment. Example: you place an order at 4:55 PM and you paid with iDeal. On your bank statement, it will show that you paid at 4:55 PM. However, the receipt of your payment must still be processed by us, which happens automatically. Your order often reaches us a little later, for example at 5:03 PM. In our system, your order is then marked as paid at 5:03 PM and unfortunately will no longer be forwarded to our warehouse that day. This will happen the next working day.
If your order consists of multiple products, it may occasionally happen that a partial delivery takes place. If a product is not immediately available, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will always receive a tracking code by email. Didn't receive a tracking code? Please check your spam box, the email may have ended up there by accident. If you would prefer the products to be delivered separately, you can indicate this by email, phone, or in the store.
The delivery times you can find with the products are:
- Ordered before 5:00 PM, delivered tomorrow
- Ordered before 5:00 PM, shipped today for free
- In stock, delivery 1-2 working days
- Delivery within 1-2 working day(s)
- Delivery within 2-4 working days
- Delivery within 2-5 working days
- Delivery within 3-7 working days
- Available, ask our customer service for delivery time
- Temporarily unavailable, ask our customer service for availability

Ordered multiple products?
Did you order multiple products? Then we will ensure that, if possible, everything is delivered to you in one shipment.
To deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, we use various shipping partners, such as DHL, GLS, and FedEx.
Once your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, a tracking code will automatically be sent to your email address.
- If your order is delivered with DHL, you can track your parcel via DHL tracking.
- If your order is delivered via GLS, you can track your parcel via GLS tracking.
- Is your order shipped with FedEx then you can track your parcel via FedEx tracking.
Didn't receive a tracking code? Then it may have ended up in your spam box by accident. If you still can't find the tracking code in your spam box, you can contact our customer service.
We strive to deliver your orders within 1 to 2 working days. Sometimes an order may be delayed, for example due to holidays or busy periods at the postal services. Have you received a tracking code? Then you can find the most up-to-date information about your package there. Have you received a tracking code but not yet received the order? Then it’s best to wait a few more days, as the delay may have occurred with the parcel carrier. Has your order still not been delivered after a few working days? Then it’s best to contact our customer service.
It may very occasionally happen that a product from your order is no longer available and therefore has to be cancelled. Of course, the payment obligation for a cancelled product lapses. If desired, we can look together for an alternative. If you have already paid the amount in advance, the applicable amount will be refunded within the legal refund period of 14 days.
