Warranty and Repair

All our products are covered by a statutory warranty. This means that a product must perform what a user can reasonably expect from it.

Sometimes a product may break down or stop working as expected within the warranty period. For this, we offer warranty and repair services so that you can quickly continue working on improving your health.

For warranty claims, simply fill out our warranty form. This allows us to quickly assess your claim and offer a suitable solution.

We offer a warranty on all our products. If there is a defect upon receiving the product (e.g., a hole or poorly stitched seam), we can sometimes repair it ourselves for you. If a more specialized repair is needed, we can also send the product to our supplier.

The invoice you received from us is the official proof of warranty. You can find the invoice in the attachment of your order confirmation. If you cannot find your invoice or no longer have it, you can also contact customer service.

Small products that you want to return can be easily sent back by parcel post. Make sure to return the products in their original packaging so they do not get damaged.

This depends on the situation; sometimes it is possible to solve the problem on almost the same day, but it may also happen that we need more time. If the product has to be sent to the supplier for repair, it usually takes a bit longer because it must first be sent to the supplier and then assessed and repaired.

Has your clothing been damaged during training or use? You can always contact our customer service so we can see if we can solve the problem for you. If your clothing is damaged outside the warranty period and we cannot repair it ourselves, it may be possible to do so through our supplier or manufacturer. The supplier/manufacturer may charge fees for this. We will always inform you of these costs before the repair takes place so you can decide whether you want the repair to be carried out or not.

Please note that we can only repair and/or inspect clothing and accessories if they are part of our collection and were purchased from us. In case of a defect, you can always contact our customer service so we can see if we can solve the problem.

In some cases, we can perform the repair ourselves (e.g., for wetsuits). Sometimes we can even do the repair directly on site for you. However, it may also happen that we need more time, and we will inform you accordingly.
