The Hoka Speedgoat 7 is the next evolution of an iconic trail shoe and remains the favorite for long days on the trail. With this update, HOKA enhances the energetic character of the shoe without compromising the fit, grip, and reliability that the Speedgoat is known for.
The updated midsole is constructed from supercritical foam EVA (SCF), which provides higher energy return and an even more responsive ride. This makes the Speedgoat 7 feel livelier, while the generous stack height provides ample cushioning and protection during long and technical trail runs. The smooth roll helps you move forward efficiently, even when fatigue sets in. The upper consists of lightweight RPET woven textile and an innovative, stretchy dynamic vamp that adapts to the movement of your foot. This ensures a comfortable, supportive, and snug fit. The lay-flat tongue with double gusset prevents dirt and stones from entering and stays stable in place. The refined heel collar increases comfort around the ankle, while the heel pull tab makes it easy to put on and take off. Reflective details provide extra visibility in low light conditions.
Underneath the shoe, you'll find the trusted Vibram® Megagrip outsole with 5 mm lugs, now with optimized lug orientation for mixed terrain. This provides excellent traction on wet, loose, and hard surfaces. The integrated gaiter attachment also makes the Speedgoat 7 perfect for adventures in rugged conditions.
