Salt & Electrolytes from Saltolyte are nutritional supplements in capsule form.
In addition to salt, the capsules contain many important minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc and calcium and vitamin D3.
This formula has been specially developed for intensive training or heavy sweat loss and competitions.
It has high bioavailability. Naturally, the capsules are tasteless, vegetarian and free of gluten, fructose and lactose.
Does the intake of minerals in capsule form provide benefits?
Yes: You can combine it with sports drinks and nutritional gels. Even if you only have water available, your electrolyte balance remains balanced. You don't have a salty taste in your mouth and therefore don't get even more thirsty. Moreover, dosing is easy, even when you are on the road, because you can always take the capsules with you.
Manufacturer's Recommendations:
