The Assos Mille GT S11 wind cycling vest is not just an extra layer, but a targeted solution designed to provide control in changing conditions. Whereas older vests often only blocked the wind at the front, this generation goes a step further.
The new Buster fabric is now used on both the front and back. That means full protection against wind and light rain, without the vulnerable mesh back of previous models. So you get consistent all-round protection, exactly where it counts during descents, open stretches and chilly starts.
At the same time, the vest remains light and compact. The Buster fabric compresses more effectively than before, meaning the vest fits easily into a back pocket. You carry it as standard and use it when needed – without it taking up space or adding weight.
The two-way zip significantly enhances functionality. You can ventilate from the top or bottom, and you retain access to your back pockets without having to open the vest fully. This makes the vest suitable for intense rides, where you need to constantly adjust to the temperature.
The regular fit and strategic construction ensure the vest sits securely without feeling too tight, making it suitable for long rides and variable effort levels.
